Suppose you are referring a class or a method, which has not yet been created. With PyCharm, you can easily stub out the missing symbol with the aid of the dedicated intention action.
Create a symbol from usage
Type the name that references a non-existent symbol. PyCharm highlights the reference.
Press , and choose the corresponding option from the suggestion list, for example Create class <class name>, or Add method <method name> to class <class name>.
