Via Settings dialog

Path to the inspection settings via IntelliJ Platform IDE Settings dialog, when you need to adjust inspection settings directly from your IDE.

It detects literally empty <code-block> elements only if there is no source file specified in the src attribute. Otherwise, it checks the contents of the source file.
