Inspectopedia 2024.3 Help

Unfinished StepVerifier

Reports missing StepVerifier terminal calls.

Initiating Publisher subscriptions and assertions requires calling a terminal verification method, such as verify(), verifyComplete(), and so on.

Example:

StepVerifier.create(Flux.just(1,2,3)).expectNext(1);

After the quick-fix is applied:

StepVerifier.create(Flux.just(1,2,3)).expectNext(1).verifyComplete();
