Unconventional global variable name

Reports global variables with names that are either too short, too long, or don't match the specified regular expression pattern.

Use the Pattern field to specify the regular expression for validating global variable names.

Use the Min length and Max length fields to specify the minimum and maximum length of a name respectively.
