Inconsistent language level settings

Reports modules which depend on other modules with a higher language level.

Such dependencies should be removed or the language level of the module be increased.

By ID

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
