Call to 'notify()' instead of 'notifyAll()'
Reports calls to Object.notify()
. While occasionally useful, in almost all cases Object.notifyAll()
is a better choice because calling Object.notify()
may lead to deadlocks. See Doug Lea's Concurrent Programming in Java for a discussion.
