View balance details
This topic explains how to monitor the usage of computational resources and associated transactions. This topic is closely related to the topic of Datalore credits, the currency used to buy paid machine hours.
Work with the Billing tab
Use the Billing tab to view the details of your Datalore credit balance and keep track of your expenses.
Open the Billing tab by selecting Billing from the avatar menu.
To view the breakdown on your Datalore credits, hover over the details icon next to Credit balance. This will show you how many free and paid Datalore credits you have.
To view the remaining hours for a different machine, click the arrow icon and select an option from the expanded machine list.
To change the view of transactions, under Balance report, select one of the two options:
Operations in the period: chronologically sorts transactions in the set period.
Most expensive notebooks: lists all notebooks that you have spent Datalore credits on.
To view the transactions for a selected team member, click All team members to expand the list and select the required user.
To change the reporting period, do one of the following:
Click the date to enter new values manually.
Click the calendar icon to use the date picker.
To jump to another page of the transaction list, use the arrows below the list. Each page contains up to 10 rows.
To open a notebook associated with a specific transaction, click the respective name in the Notebook column.
To download a detailed report, scroll the Billing tab down to the bottom and click the download icon for one of the following reports:
Balance report (.csv format)
Machine usage sessions (.csv and .xlsx formats)
Storage usage (all time) (.csv and .xlsx formats)
