How do we calculate availability?

JetBrains is committed to providing the highest level of service and technical support, and to maintaining transparency in all our communications.

To this end, we include both scheduled and unscheduled downtime in our monthly and daily uptime calculations in order to provide a reliable measure of current system availability.
