New Project: Bootstrap
In the left-hand pane of the New Project dialog, select JavaScript and then select Bootstrap from the list in the right-hand pane.
The feature is supported only in the Ultimate edition when the HTML Tools plugin is installed and enabled. The HTML Tools plugin is bundled with IntelliJ IDEA and activated by default. If the plugin is disabled, enable it on the Installed tab of the Settings | Plugins page, as described in Managing plugins.
