General settings
Last modified: 04 March 2025The General settings page lets you view your account details and configure Grazie interface settings, the availability of writing assistance features, and personal data processing settings.
Account settings
The Account section displays your account details and provides account management actions.
Action | Description |

Upgrade | Upgrades your subscription plan. For details, see Manage subscriptions. |
Sign out | Signs you out from your account. |
Delete account | Deletes your JetBrains account along with all your data. |
Browser integration and text formatting settings
The General section provides settings to control browser integration and text completion formatting.
Setting | Description |

Use the built-in browser spellchecker | Turns on and off the built-in browser spellchecker. When enabled, the built-in browser and Grazie spellcheckers work together. The setting is turned off by default to avoid duplicate and conflicting suggestions. |
Add spaces after text completion | When enabled, Grazie inserts text completion suggestions with a trailing space to improve your typing flow. To learn more about text completion, see Predict and generate text. |
Add Grazie icon to the context menu | When enabled, the Grazie AI Actions item with the Grazie icon is available in the browser context menu. |
Interface settings
The Interface section provides settings to control the Grazie context menu behavior and choose your preferred user interface language.
Setting | Description |

Text selection toolbar | When enabled, the Grazie icon appears when you select text. |
Language | Sets the language of the Grazie interface. The following languages are available:

Writing assistance settings
The Writing assistance section lets you manage grammar and spelling checks, text completion profiles, and Grazie Chat availability.
