Sharing a workspace: access types
There are three access types you can choose when sharing a workspace from the user's Home page. Find the procedure in this topic.
View: most restricted access
Edit: access allowing to edit the workspace
Manage: full access that allows you to edit the workspace and manage access to it for other users

Sharing a notebook: access types
You can share a notebook from your Private workspace by generating a link for viewing or editing it. Also, you can invite users by sending an invitation email. Both procedures are described in this topic.
You can choose from three access types:
View: most restricted access
Edit: access allowing to edit the workspace
Manage: full access that allows you to edit the workspace and manage access to it for other users, available when inviting by email
