Quickly comment/uncomment blocks and lines.

In JetBrains IDEs, you can comment and uncomment blocks of code with ⌘⇧/ (macOS) / Ctrl+Shift+W ( Windows/Linux). To do the same for lines, use ⌘/ (macOS) / Ctrl+/ (Windows/Linux).
