HR Specialist (China)

Now we’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing team in Shanghai, China to support the JetBrains People strategy implementation in China.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process for the open positions in China: support the Chinese translation on position's job description, doing screen calls, managing local hiring channels, interview arrangement, conduct reference check, providing offer proposals and pre-onboarding arrangement;
  • Support the global Talent Acquisition team for the open positions in the Asia region if needed;
  • Assist internship/universities ambassador recruitment process to support JetBrains China Educational Programs
  • Support China local HR for employees’ lifecycle management: probation management, employment contract renewal, performance assessment procedure, employees’ exit interview and check-out process;
  • Support China local HR to organize company HR events for China team and the team gatherings in Shanghai Office;
  • Work as the China employees backup administrator for the company internal HR information system

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, business administration, psychology, or social sciences;
  • At least 2 years of full-time in-house HR experience in multinational tech companies;
  • Excellent communication skills with bilingual: both Chinese mandarin and English;
  • People-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Abilities to handle multi-tasks

Preferable:

  • Familiar with China Labor Law and relevant legislations
  • Familiar with at least one HR information system
  • Experience in one of the following HR areas would be a plus: talent acquisition, WeChat recruitment channels management
